I understand that no one is perfect. And while you may love someone, they may have flaws (just like I have a few), does it make sense then to talk about it and work upon fixing the differences? I have always believed that love should be the crazy, madly, head-over-heels, type of love. But, is that a norm or an exception? I am not sure. I did have a long term relationship which was devoid of any complications, and was totally effortless; but then the complications did arise, and were ones that we couldn’t solve. The relationship often reminds me of a dialogue from Love Aaj Kal… Har ishq ka ek waqt hota hai; woh hamara waqt nahi tha; par iska yeh matlab nahi ki woh ishq nahi tha This time around, it is still kind-of the same, I really do like (love?) this fellow, but can we work out our differences? For now, we thought we could, and have decided to give us six months to work it out. Would it work? I am nervous to even think about it.

A Day At Fort JadhavGadh, Pune – Review

I recently visited Fort JadhavGadh in Pune for a quick stay. The place is known because it is an actual fort which is turned into a hotel now, more on that and the actual stay is coming up later in the blog. How To Reach Fort JadhavGadh, Pune So, the place is around a good 3 to 4 hours away from Mumbai, including a quick pit stop. Up until you get off the Mumbai-Pune expressway, it is quite normal but after that your travel time depends on the Pune traffic. Also, the last stretch of the drive is through the interior village roads, so that slows you down a bit because you can’t speed there much. For context, we left from Mumbai at around 11.30 am and reached by 3.15 pm, with a 10 minute pit stop. Once we reached, the exterior of the place takes you back a century and you might as well be a princess returning to your fort. They have done a good job maintaining the facade and the place. After a long week, it was finally time for the weekend. She couldn’t wait to get home. She checked both Ola and Uber and they both had surge prices, so they were going to charge her more than double the usual fare to get me home. She thus decided to opt for a pool, hoping she will be lucky enough to not share my cab with anyone. She booked a cab, it was four minutes away and she noticed that she had to share it with two other people, she cancelled it. Checked the apps for other options, didn’t find anything. If you are looking for a chic place for your breakfast with the girls, this might be the place for you. The pretty looking place also serves yummy food. I have honestly only tried desserts here and they are delicious! I am soon planning to go there for breakfast as well. It is a little cramped but they do have a seating area upstairs, I honestly like to sit on the ground floor. I also tried their cold coffee, nice but not excellent. Nothing extraordinary but on a hot summer Mumbai afternoon, this can be really refreshing and welcoming. We had a Belgian Chocolate Marquise, Devil’s Desire and a Hazelnut Coffee Frappe All of it was absolutely yum, the Belgian Marquise was soft and creamy with an almost melt in mouth texture. The Devil’s Desire come in a bar form with a browny core, again, super delicious. The frappe however was average. Make sure to take a couple of pictures at this place for your Instagram, the place is beautiful.
