Nestled in one of the quiet corners of Worli is Eve. The restaurant is not new to the city, they already have an outlet in Powai, but I have not been there so I was going in with nothing to compare with. The restaurant is nicely curated and I loved that they have different seating options, we opted for the outdoor-yet-indoor space. The natural light was a delight for our lunch. The relaxing vibe was blissful and I really enjoyed spending time with my friend, chatting about the past week, and eating yummy food. Despite the sweltering Mumbai heat, the ambience was cool and inviting, offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. I could only imagine dining here during winter. The entrance really has my heart, it's like walking into a magical library which leads you to delectable food.
The menu at Eve boasts an array of irresistible dishes, we opted for the following:
Truffle Parmesan Fries - Rs 475
The Chicken Katsu Sushi - Rs 700
Pan-fried noodles with Black Bean Sauce - Rs 625
Gianduja Mousse - Rs 550, however, it could easily be passed. I am not a fan of it.
As for the bill, the total came to around five thousand rupees for two, inclusive of food, a drink each, as well as a cappuccino and Vietnamese cold coffee. While I found the drinks and dessert menu slightly limited, the overall dining experience at Eve, Worli more than made up for it.
Looks like a lovely place.
