Review - Plum Green Tea Clear Spot-Light Gel

Review of Plum Green Tea Clear Spot-Light Gel, Active Acne Treatment, 100% Vegan and ways to reduce your pimple naturally at home. Plum product review

I finally finished using this product, and have already repurchased it. I cannot tell you the amount of time this Plum Green Tea Clear Spot-Light Gel has come in handy for me before an important event.

I generally get 1-2 pimples around the time I get my periods, and even though its just 1 or 2, they are huge-in-your-face type of pimples. So no amount of make up or concealer can help me cover that. Which is why I need something that is a quick fix. Although this gel will not get rid of your pimple overnight, but it sure does reduce the size and makes it manageable.

I generally need to use it for 2 nights for my pimple to mellow down.

I at times, pair it with Plum Green Tea Skin Clarifying Concentrate, and that has helped me reduce my acne scars as well.

Talking about the product, it is a very light weight, quick absorbing gel with salicylic acid, green tea, and neem,  which will help you dry out your pimple. This product is also 100% vegan, phthalate-free, paraben-free.

However, a few daily habits and routines can also help you reduce your pimple outbreaks. These are the things that I have tried for my skin and they have worked wonders. But, keep in mind, that pimple is a part of life, it is our skin’s way of telling us that it needs attention, so not getting a pimple ever is an unrealistic expectation. What you should instead focus on is to keep it at a minimum.

Easy routines and habits to help you reduce pimples

  • Drink a lot of water, always stay hydrated
  • Properly remove your makeup at night and wash your face
  • Even if you don’t apply makeup, wash your face before bed
  • Ice your face at least once in two days. Moisturise it after
  • Use a face pack (preferably homemade) at least once a week
  • Scrub your face at least once a week
  • Add Aloe Vera gel to your routine
  • If you do get a pimple, let it be. Don’t try to pop it
  • If it is a serious issue, it is always wise to visit a dermat
