This Picture is taken at Jallianwala Baug, Amritsar. This is the well in
which the people trapped in the baug when general dyer open fired at the people
who had gathered there for the meeting On Sunday 13 April 1919.
The feeling of
standing there was thrilling and even a fresh reminder of the horrors which
this place had seen. The well is secured with grills around it so that people don’t
accidently fall in the well. And as the grills were very small I was not able
to take a very good picture of the well but this pic was accidently taken.
